The Lighthouse Baptist Church is blessed to be a Plant Church for the NAMB (North American Mission Board), Southeastern Indiana Baptist Association, and our Sponsor Church Walnut Ridge Baptist Church of Jeffersonville. God is continually blessing us with a passion driven by our mission statement which is “Greeting, Meeting, and Equipping in Jesus Name.” We are Blessed with a Bible vocational Pastor Mike Petty, who was brought up in Henryville and now resides in Jeffersonville Indiana. He shares his great love and knowledge of the Word of Christ and challenges us to share our faith with everyone we meet. Our Youth Pastor is also from Southern Indiana Brion Rector who has a passion for student Ministries and is doing a fantastic job with sharing his faith and passion for the ministry of Jesus Christ. We are also blessed that he is able to share his talents with the local schools in our mission field. We have been blessed with a Christ driven Deacon team. So we now have a team of three deacons who are James Curry, Tim Fleming, and Alan Mast. They all are true servants of Christ desiring to serve God and their fellow man. |
